By using The Collapse website, Discord login, player stats, map tools, wiki, or store pages, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Community Website
The Collapse is a DayZ PC community website. DayZ, Bohemia Interactive, Discord, Stripe, Steam, stat providers, and other third-party services are owned and operated by their respective providers. The Collapse is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless stated otherwise.
Accounts and Login
Some features require Discord login. You are responsible for your Discord, Steam, and game accounts. Do not attempt to access another player's account, impersonate another person, or abuse login, stats, payment, or map features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the website or its connected services.
- Use the site to harass, threaten, dox, scam, or harm other players.
- Bypass bans, moderation actions, access controls, or server rules.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through site features.
- Use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
Store Items
Store items may include custom flags, wallpapers, armbands, backpack additions, in-game clan tag color changes, or other server-related items. Unless a specific written offer says otherwise, purchasing a store item does not deliver that item directly to your character, inventory, account, or private storage.
Purchased store items are added to server vending machines or server systems where all players may access them. Store items are not private, exclusive, or guaranteed to remain permanently available. Availability can change because of server wipes, mod updates, balancing, technical issues, rule changes, or staff decisions.
The Collapse Backpack store item is a shared server addition. It is added to the Advanced Trader vending machine for all players and is not delivered privately to the purchaser.
In-game clan tag color changes are cosmetic chat/group-name changes applied by staff after approval. They do not provide gear, private items, access, or gameplay advantage.
After purchasing a custom item, you must open a Discord ticket so staff can collect the required request details, review the request, and confirm whether it can be implemented. Staff may reject or modify requests that are inappropriate, infringe rights, violate server rules, create technical issues, or conflict with DayZ, Bohemia Interactive, platform, or third-party terms.
Bohemia Interactive Monetization
The Collapse is intended to follow applicable DayZ server monetization requirements, including Bohemia Interactive's monetization rules for DayZ community servers. Store items and payment features are subject to change, pause, or removal to comply with those rules or any approval/listing requirements.
If Bohemia Interactive approval or listing is required before a store item or payment feature can be offered, The Collapse will treat that approval as required before making that feature publicly available.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact staff through the community Discord with the Discord account used for the store payment and any Stripe receipt information available to you. Completed custom work, approved server additions, or items already added to vending machines may not be refundable unless staff approves an exception.
Content and Accuracy
Wiki pages, maps, stats, player counts, and server information may change or be inaccurate. We can update, remove, or change site content and server features at any time.
Moderation
Website access, Discord access, server access, and community features may be restricted or removed for abuse, rule violations, security reasons, or moderation decisions.
No Warranty
The website and community tools are provided as available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Collapse is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, game servers, Discord, Stripe checkout, or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the website, payment flow, or server features change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
